Here at St. Edmund of Canterbury Parish the Holy Face picture is located in the sanctuary, just above the tabernacle. On the windowsills, there is Holy Face devotional material, including novena booklets, for parishioners and visitors to take home. The Holy Face image is part of the Holy Shroud.

Blessing of those returning to school – Weekend of September 10/11, 2016 All those returning to school will receive a special blessing at the Masses on this weekend.

Blessing of the Pets

Blessing of the Pets – Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi Tuesday, October 4 A blessing of your pets will take place on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 2PM

Memorial Mass

Remembrance Day Mass – Feast Day of All Souls November 2 On this Feast Day of All Souls a special Remembrance Mass will be held on November 2 at 7:30PM to commemorate all the deceased of our parish for the past year. Everyone is welcome but only families of those who had a funeral at our church in the past year will take part in the celebration.

Ash Wednesday

Ash Wednesday – March 1, 2017 Ash Wednesday is one of the most important holy days in the liturgical calendar. Ash Wednesday opens Lent, a season of fasting and prayer. Ashes will be given on this day at 9:00am and 7:30pm.

COLLECTIONS

Offering Envelopes
To start using envelopes, 
please pick up a new box of envelopes and registration form from the office or the sacristan at Mass. The registration form can be returned to the office or put in the collection basket during Mass. Be sure to write your name and address on the first few envelopes you use. x

Tax Receipts
All donations made with envelopes for St. Edmund of Canterbury Parish over $20.00 will be issued a tax receipt by the end of February of the following year.
